I went to Charm City Run to a clinic today and learned allot. I was fitted for a new running shoe. I also need to follow up with an Asymmetrical problem? I saw my run on a treadmill via camcorder. I had a strong right angle when my foot hit the ground. I will get it fixed!
I went to the Abingdon YMCA today and worked out. Its real nice great equipment. I believe I will Join. Biked, ran, and lifted today.
