Current Training and Event Schedule

April 19

Saturday I rolled a 25 mile ride, 1 mile swim, 7 mile run and 1 hour of cardio
Sunday a rolled a 40 mile ride and a 7 mile run.

It’s been a few good weeks. I am making major progress on the my planters fasciitis. I bought a Strasburg sock. Wow the first night I wore it what a difference. So if anyone has tight calf’s, Achilles Tendonitis, or planters fasciitis you need to buy on the these socks. I wish I would have don’t this 3 months ago!!!! Ok started street biking, and running out side, and just started the swim…..
