I had my first event of this season. The 1st Annual Fallston Duathalon, came in 17th place over all. Could have pushed alot harder on the both runs. My chain popped off on the ride. I also busted my tail on the rolling dismount in the wet weather. Stilled pulled a 17th and sure I would have been top 3 in my age group if it were not for my two blunders.

I am going to start the bike run workouts.
