General Training

It’s been a very good few weeks of training.

I have done several nice bike/run bricks. The BATC did a Olympic Tir training. It was a 1500 yard swim, 30 mile bike and 10k run.

DITRT -Triathlon

“DITRT” - Diamond in the Rough Triathlon in Perryville MD. Came in third place in my divison "Master Clydsdale".
