Marien Corp Marathon

Well I had a good run at the MCM did a 3:32. Four minutes better that last year. I ran with a water Six bottle water belt... Don't ask me why? I definitely feel it had a negative effect on my overall run. I can't complain I did improve over last year. I really wanted to been in the 3:20s!!! I may run the NCR marathon next month to make that happen.
