Motivation is what gets you started!
Desire is what keeps you doing it.


Feels good to be back running? This week I lifted, ran, rowed and biked.
Did an indoor TRI today. I think I will do my own TRI every Friday or Sunday.

First Run in 30 days.


We it was a good week of training. Mostly consisted of lifting, and Biking. I ran for the first time in 30 days. Did a tread mill workout and took it easy.

Nice day and a good workout


Man what a great day today.
Lifted, biked, and rowed today for a total of 3:30.
It was 62 today and I also rode my favorite bike to the gym!

Feb 09 Start

February training is off and great start. I have not ran in 3 week due to “planters Fasciilis”, what a pain. I have been lifting and biking, rowing and taking a boot camp class one a week. I did 62 miles on the bike today.

Jan 09

Jan 09 was a good base month. Went to the gym 3-4 times a week. I have lifted allot in Dec. 08 and Jam 09. I will continue to lift all year this year vs. laying off in the summer months as I did in 08.

Feb 09 Start
