10 mile race -posted 1:11 my PR

Had a great race today Annapolis Ten Miler. I ran a PR 7:12 pace 1:11. The course was awesome. Had more HILL than expected and the residents in the neighborhoods were very supportive! I will defiantly run this one again.

Ride

I went on a ride with Harford Velo today, 36 miles - Flat and happy ride. I just need some easy miles. I have a 10 mile race tomorrow “The 34 Annapolis 10 Miler” or “A10".

With that in mind I had my first (hope last) bike crash today. Went down and had my left lower leg ran over by the bike behind me. Ouch. I have road rash on my knee and top of my foot and ankle. That should rub nice in a running shoe. Other that that I had a good ride!! Thanks Harford Velo.

Training

My run training is right on par. Bike I need to add about two hours or 40 miles to each week. My swim is way off I just don't train in the swim. I really need to step hat part of my game up starting now. Ok, I did go to the YMCA and swim a mile today.
